Chef Claude is an Executive Chef known for creating unforgettable culinary experiences defined by rich flavor, refined texture, and consistent quality. With over 21+ years of experience in the culinary industry, and multiple award-winning competition titles, his approach to food is driven by passion, precision, and a deep love for bringing people together through exceptional meals. Every dish is crafted to impress, satisfy, and leave a lasting memory—using fresh ingredients, bold yet balanced flavors, and presentation that speaks to true culinary artistry.

He has successfully led three restaurants from scratch:
• TIKI Hut Restaurant
• Green Bean Restaurant
• Big Al's Island Grill Restaurant

In each kitchen, he created menus and dining experiences that earned strong customer loyalty and repeat business. His food stands out for its consistency, creativity, and ability to connect with every guest—turning first-time visitors into returning clients.

Chef Claude’s expertise goes beyond one style of cuisine. He is highly skilled in a wide range of culinary traditions, including Caribbean, American, Italian, Mexican, and Japanese cuisine—while also creating fully customized dishes tailored to individual tastes and preferences.

HOW IT WORKS

THE INTAKE FORM IS FILLED OUT

Once a date has been selected, the Intake Form is filled out. (The Intake Form is for scheduled dinners only. If you have any questions or inquiries, please visit the contact page.)

YOUR CUSTOM MENU IS CREATED, BASED OFF OF YOUR PREFERENCES

 

Chef Claud creates a unique menu for you based on your preferences, allergies & dietary restrictions (if any).

MENU REVIEW

 

You review your customized menu. Any necessary changes or additions are made. We finalize the menu the week of your dinner/event, if not sooner.

DINNER IS SERVED & ENJOYED

 

Chef Claud arrives 3-4 hours before your dinner with all of the food (and staff if necessary), and cooks an unforgettable dinner, A La Minute, right in your kitchen. It’s like going out to a high-end, fancy restaurant, but in the comfort of your own home.

CLEAN UP

Before Chef Claud (And Staff) leaves your house; The Kitchen is cleaned, and the garbage is taken out.
